Driving Empowerment, Action & Learning
About Us
The Driving Empowerment Action & Learning (DEAL) initiative aims to unite and connect people from all walks of life to distribute resources where needed. We coordinate, plan, research, and organize service and development in communities by collaborating with families, stores, schools, and other institutions to create streams of donations and funding.
DEAL’s main focus is to create equitable access to means of knowledge and education through sustainable efforts. Recycling books redistributes resources to reduce environmental waste and improve literacy. DEAL is committed to supporting institutions and organizations by partnering and further providing resources that assist in expanding our service-oriented core values. DEAL seeks to bridge a growing socioeconomic gap and amplify attitudes of inclusivity, service, and growth. DEAL is a youth-led initiative that empowers high school students and young people to become leaders and agents of social change in their communities, inspiring others through positive role models.
